Friday was a light day. Most of the camp guests departed that morning before I ate breakfast. There were only a few holdovers into the weekend. I joined the nature foray outing. It was a rainy foggy morning and my neck was stiff. I figured it would be a good day to relax.
Friday was a light day. Most of the camp guests departed that morning before I ate breakfast. There were only a few holdovers into the weekend. I joined the nature foray outing. It was a rainy foggy morning and my neck was stiff. I figured it would be a good day to relax.

Our guide Pete drove me, Chuck, and a couple of others along the park road. We saw beavers, caribou, and a bull moose. We also walked around a bit on wet tundra.

As had become the pattern, the rain stopped by late morning, and the clouds lifted a little.

Back at camp, we had yet another beautiful view of Denali. It was hard to believe we could barely see fifty feet that morning.
