Friday was a light day. Most of the camp guests departed that morning before I ate breakfast. There were only a few holdovers into the weekend. I joined the nature foray outing. It was a rainy foggy morning and my neck was stiff. I figured it would be a good day to relax.

Our guide Pete drove me, Chuck, and a couple of others along the park road. We saw beavers, caribou, and a bull moose. We also walked around a bit on wet tundra.

As had become the pattern, the rain stopped by late morning, and the clouds lifted a little.
|
Back at camp, we had yet another beautiful view of Denali. It was hard to believe we could barely see fifty feet that morning.

And once again, the clouds rolled in just before sunset.
